What went through my mind when I read that was a quote from Star Wars. One alien questions his master's order, asking, "But sir, is that legal?" The master (Senator Palpatine, who later became the Emperor) said in a slithery voice, "I'll make it legal."

None of the candidates are talking about our currency or reduced spending.

McCain talks about stay in Iraq for a hundred years. Obama and Clinton talk about spending $150 billion here ... and $150 billion there. Obama says the money will be there for us to spend once (if) we get out of Iraq ... but as I understand it, we can't even afford the war as it is!

When will Americans finally stop taking it? I don't know. I don't have much confidence it will be soon. Folks are still more infatuated about who looks presidential than concerned about the economic floor falling beneath us.

1. The Bible says we should judge "righteous judgment." Meaning the right standard - the Bible. It does not say that we should not make any judgments at all.

2. In order for forgiveness to take place, repentance must take place. And so the charge that people are "not forgiving" may be related to the fact that others are "not repenting."

I love this question. Unfortunately, the video is no longer available. I certainly agree that there should be severe consequences for the physician who performs the abortion. As Ron Paul would suggest - this is a state by state decision. Each state has there own penalty for premeditated murder (which I believe abortion is). I'm not sure I would say that the mother is a danger to others (other than a future child she might carry). Should there be a punishment that keeps from performing another abortion (I don't think one exists)?

Time will only tell.

I for one am glad he's still in the race as his message is one that needs to be heard more so with each passing day. In the end, I think it will be the fact that more and more are going to feel the hurt in their pocket books that will ultimately ensure the movement doesn't fizzle out. There are better reasons for why it "should" grow ... principle, morality and rule of law to name a few. I just don't think they have the same power in teaching us "old dogs" new tricks as much as not being able to afford a mortgage or pay for a trip to the ER :)
